Designed in the Brazilian agogo bell style. Lower pitch and drier sound. Resemble the bells from the Bahia region of Brazil and have a flat steel handle that allows for the squeeze and strike style of playing. Handmade in the USA. Standard.

LP Cowbells are handmade in the USA using the same exact specifications developed by LP Founder Martin Cohen over 40 years ago. All LP cowbells are crafted from premium quality steel and specially developed tooling with careful attention given to tolerance levels.

The newest member of our diffusor family is the Diffusive Sound Tile Reflector, or DST-R. Yes, you should confuse it with our new Designer Series Treatments (DST) because it is intended as the perfect compliment to our DST-112 and DST-114 Studiofoam Panels. The DST-R Diffusive Sound Tile Reflector is a 1' x1' and is the same shape as a DST-114 panel, except it is only 1" thick, which makes it a great option when installation depth is very limited, such as a low ceiling. It, like our MetroFusors, is made from high quality EPS, is lightweight, can be easily painted using water-based paints ONLY (petroleum-based paints will 'eat' the expanded Polystyrene), is very easy to install, and is a very low cost diffusive alternative.

The 1' squares can be aligned in a number of ways to create a very designer look, particularly when painted with water-based paint, and used in combination with DST-112 and DST-114 absorbent panels.

Stages and traditional drum risers sympathetically vibrate (resonate) with the drums and/or PA system. These resonances feed back to the drums and are then picked up by the mics.
