We do not ship to the following types of addresses: HI, AK, PR, APO/FPO and PO Boxes.

- Return Policy
Orders may be returned within 60 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original, brand new condition. Any items returned in used or less than brand new condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. You must first contact us for return authorization and instructions prior to returning an item. We often offer Free Shipping as a promotion, however if you return an item, your refund will be minus our actual shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Guitar Audio guarantees your order to be as described and free from defect upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace those items.
Defective Items: Any item that arrives defective must be reported to Guitar Audio within 7-days of delivery.* We will send the customer a call tag (prepaid shipping label) to return the defective item for a new replacement. The item must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging and materials. Items reported outside 7-days of delivery will be handled as a warranty claim through the manufacturer. *Per manufacturer policy, the following goods must be returned directly to the manufacturer if found defective: reeds, mouthblown instruments, microphones, Fishman products, Nady products, Pignose products, Pro-Co Sound products, Roland/Boss products, Sabian products, Sennheiser products, and Shadow Electronics products.
Damaged Items: Items damaged while in transit must be reported to Guitar Audio within 72 hours of delivery. A claim will be opened with the carrier and the package will be picked up. Guitar Audio will then issue a replacement. To report a damaged package, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
